It documented virtualization strategy, SQL Server Clustering approach, Storage, Backups, Load Balancing, Firewall, Affinity Rules, DNS Names and specifics for each Guidewire xCenter (Policy, Claims, and Billing) component server (CPU,RAM,DISK). Additionally, I have proactively engaged with members across all other workstreams to gather requirements, identify potential design issues and offer solutions, to enable the infrastructure delivery to remain on track. Some examples:• I expanded the Universal Connector (UCUI) Infrastructure design to address the training work stream needs. This important piece of software is a front end to the Thunderhead document generation application. It is a vital component of the Project Phoenix work flow.• I documented the AD Group security approach for all SQL Databases deployed and followed through with requesting their creation and Phoenix team membership approval.• I am the stakeholder manager point of contact for the Data Center Migration Project. This is a strategic project moving production workloads from Atlanta to Virginia. We coordinate the work between these two projects to minimize any issues and improve overall synergy.• I was a key contributor to the high level logical data flow diagram that is widely used to explain how we create reports out of application data from Guidewire. This involved interviewing various SME’s in the reporting and database disciplines of the team and organizing the information in an easy to understand diagram.
