Began as unpaid consultant when this Start-up venture was created in 2015. • Hired to help station recover from failed audit. Created governance standards and systems to help station meet and exceed audit standards as well as handled all the budgeting, accounting and financial analysis. Months.

• Provided accounting, budgeting, and financial analysis for three station radio group in the Tampa/St. Petersburg market. Monitored and reconciled monthly and annual capital budget. Prepared month- and year-end.
• Worked with the GM to computerize the Sales staff providing them with laptops and a new traffic system to take live avails reports in the field when working with clients.
