ERP Software Consultant

As a "Lead-Implementation Consultant" I am responsible for Software implementation in client's work environment. Understand client’s current business process and ensure effective transfer of information to the client’s work environment by training the users and making users direct to the system. Evaluate client needs and expectations from the product standpoint, prioritize and escalate issues when needed and keeping customers informed of progress. Also, responsible to identify gaps in functionalities and work with in-house product management team to address client’s issues and challenges. Serve as the lead contact for daily customer interaction and implementation activities. I guide users to find new ways, help them understand the software and its benefits provide client a positive customer service experience by acting as a primary point of contact and a voice of the client for the company.
