I hold a PhD degree in intercultural communication, I have 7 years experience as a consultant (internal communications, inclusive public services, change management) and 7 years experience as a lecturer and trainer in the academic field. Being able to analyse quickly from multiple perspectives, and explaining what I observe is my main strength. My intercultural skills manifest themselves in my linguistic instinct and empathy with different cultures.Besides having a high analytical competence with an eye for details, my strenghts are listening and connecting to people, inspire and explain on complicated matters, planning, a high self-discipline, eagerness to learn and realise advise, intercultural competence and being a social team player.
