As the acting Assistant Land & Development Manager at The PG Group in Bristol, I oversee residential development projects ranging from 30 to 250 units. My daily responsibilities include conducting internal design reviews, financial appraisals, managing site access logistics, procuring quotes from consultants, and independently conducting site visits. Often compiling extensive data rooms for potential project funders, encompassing project briefs, directories, programs, and risk registers.

Throughout my time I rotated around various teams within the company, including Planning, Valuations, Retail and Commercial. This gave me an invaluable experience within a established real estate consultancy firm.

During my internship at Blue Machinery I shadowed and supported the Managing Director and Finance Director in the renewal of the lease terms for the commercial property that the business is based from. I also spend part of my time in the sales team, where I shadowed two salesmen for a weeks at a time. This enriched my negotiation skills and taught me the value of customer service and loyalty.

This was a pressured role necessitated a high level of customer, staff and supplier interaction together with solving problematic issues within a short time frame.
