I am responsible for maintaining the highest editorial standards, ensuring deadlines are met and developing in-house and freelance writers and editors. In Consumer Rights, I manage a division of writers and editors who cover scam and fraud investigations and advice.

I edit and manage Which? Travel magazine (45,000 readers) and Travel’s online publishing. This includes leading a team of award winning in-house journalists and freelance contributors. My commissioning responsibilities online cover everything from news and long-form features to video and data, with outputs across the main website and newsletter, as well as Facebook, Twitter and Instagram. I also regularly represent the brand on national TV and radio, talking about a wide range of travel and consumer travel issues.

Print and online contributions include the BBC, Rough Guides and The Independent. I have also written and edited a number of guidebooks, including National Geographic, Time Out and Zagat.
