Having an extensive knowledge and skill sets in food and beverage, having worked alongside great many chefs around the nation, I am eager to take these skill sets and expand my culinary experience outside of the restaurant industry. I have mentored and led various teams under high pressure environments into successful outcomes all while maintaining a healthy positive work environment.
