CurrentContact graduates to determine placement outcomes and refer them to appropriate resources•Mail letters from database after each group of graduates is posted to Banner and follow-up with phone calls to those who do not respond to letters•Maintain data collected and assist in preparation of reports•Provide outcome information to department heads and coordinatorsRegularly update Career Tracks and Employer Directory websites•Assist with calculations of placement rate and salary figuresAssist with the preparation of Employers Day•Contact organizations to attend our event by telephone, email, or by mail•Maintaining the Employers Day website •Preparing materials for the event - creating flyers to promote students, make handouts for students to help them prepare for Employers Day•Greet employers on the day of the event and help them get signed in and organized Assist with Perkins and Foundation Book Assistance fund•Receive applications from the financial aid office•Regularly review the funds through ROAMGMT •Stamp books and assess student need for additional services•Maintain inventory of books available for student use•Monitor midterm grades of all Perkins and Foundation students•Follow up with students who request additional servicesSkilled at using Banner and CollectorSkilled at working the Switchboard - Answering phones and greeting students and visitorsCertificates: •Campus Frontline Staff Training •Bystander Intervention •Title IX -- Higher Ed•Diversity for Employees •Sexual Harassment and General Harassment •FERPA Training completion •Active Shooter •FLSA •General Harassment
