The common thread in my diverse list of interests is weaving. Yes, that includes literal weaving with literal threads, but it also includes weaving with words, stories, creativity and logic as metaphorical threads. In writing I aim to intertwine content and manner so that the reader has a comprehensive and compelling reading experience. I love to bring new threads into my repertoire by learning new things. So I've enjoyed working in a number of fields where I could gain new skills and hone my writing and editing skills for diverse applications. This has included working in college communications, spinal research, stock market news, and marketing for a French cultural center. As I move forward in my career, my goal is to find work that allows me to continue to apply my writing and editing skills in a variety of ways by weaving with words.
