Prior to Autobytel, Jon held two high profile roles at AOL Inc/Time Warner from 2001-2006. Jon ran business development for the AOL AIM instant messaging & ran Strategy & Business Development for AOL's Search & Directory Division. The role included building the acquisition marketing program for AOL.com. During Jon’s tenure, the group’s revenue tripled. In 1999 Jon co-founded iProspect; the pioneer in Search Optimization (SEO) which sold to Carat (Aegis Corp) and is now the largest SEM agency in the world under Dentsu.
