As the Human Resources Attorney for the City of Greensboro, my responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following: defending the City against Charges of Discrimination filed with the EEOC; defending the City in contested unemployment hearings; reviewing contracts, wage garnishments, and settlement agreements; attending mediations for workers' compensation claims; assisting with ADA matters; and providing legal guidance for employee relations matters, including investigations.
