• Led global customer-facing initiatives, M&A discovery, and post-acquisition contract review. Served as the diversity liaison for collaborators associated with The Grammy Museum, Producers and Engineer Wing, Hollywood.
• Spearheaded a multi-functional customer facing team that secured $70M in archival storage and curation, representing music and film catalogs as well as digital asset management platforms.

Appointed to the DEI board as a communications advisor to the C-Suite and liaison to ERG board. Avidly conducted landscape analysis of ERGs, including the development of an effective rubric that delivered messages on the employee response to corporate culture, annual employee survey and employee retention. • Constructively led the implementation of a 50,000 sq. ft. fulfillment center, while managing the P&L and the development of sales growth strategies. Implemented performance metric goals for employees and customer.
• Launched a diversity and inclusion program, which boosted tenure rates by 6%. Introduction of speaker series led to a corporate leadership program for Women Rising Stars in 2010.

Served as the Executive Director to Former President Bill Clinton's EZ Empowerment Zone grantee, The Empower Long Beach Association, in collaboration with the City of Long Beach.Incorporated cultural sustainability programs in order to increase small business growth within Long Beach.
