• Responsible for managing, developing, and scheduling social media content across over ten pages for COPAL as well as our online radio station, Radio Jornalera MN and our workers’ center, Primero de Mayo in both English and Spanish• Responsible for daily website maintenance including posting web stories, latest news, and upcoming events on our bilingual website• Responsible for the development and implementation of digital organizing tools and strategic communication plans that drive media narratives on COPAL’s issues and campaigns

• Facilitated a wide variety of indoor and outdoor trainings and activities for campers and staff including rock climbing, ziplining, hiking, archery, canoeing, and camping• Facilitated activities for campers to develop interpersonal skills and understand the importance of teamwork and communication as well as to cultivate a community of trust, acceptance, and support• Led lessons on Leave No Trace principles, wilderness survival, fire-building, lashing, knot-tying, and other wilderness skills• Led weeklong wilderness and canoe trips• Mentored counselors-in-training and counselors and provided them with individualized feedback with daily check-ins

Worked to reduce Oberlin College’s ecological footprint through:• Johnson House Garden – managing garden and hoop house with a variety of vegetables, trees & pollinator plants year-round• Residential Compost System – running the campus compost program in dorms and village housing serving over 60 composters• Oberlin Free Store – operating the student-led “store” open to anyone who wants to donate or take free items• Campus Recycling – ensuring that recycling bins are accessible throughout buildings on campus• Food Rescue – transporting approximately 200 pounds of prepared meals that would otherwise go to waste from Campus Dining Services (CDS) to Oberlin Community Services (OCS) where it is redistributed to food-insecure community members; serving as a liaison between OCS and the College
