I entered the world of telecoms straight from school at 16 through an apprenticeship at Rosyth Royal Dockyard with the then, Directorate Of Naval Shore Telecommunications. I have been through many roles since then, including Bloomberg Financial Services Scottish Field Engineer for 2 years, to Maritime Communication Engineer for 6 months. All have had varied challenges but all enjoyable.I came back into Business Systems in 2000 with a company called "Grapevine" which was my first introduction to LG systems on the GDK range. A relationship which continues now, with Pragma. 2010 when I Co resurrected Datel, I got involved with Samsung and these are now the two systems I deal with day in, day out.....LG GDK, LDK, IPLDK, ARIA, IPECS..........Samsung DCS, OS7030, OS7100, OS7200, OS7400......
