Responsible for all GTM activities of the EMI business within Solaris group from ideation stage through to release and subsequent release iterations. The products I manage GTM for vary widely, from innovative card solutions allowing customers to use additional sources of wealth such as crypto or gold at the POS, to embedded banking for our partners to deliver to the end user.I ensure that all due diligence is carried out from the start of development to delivery of features, control the governance framework for the EMI product delivery and create GTM documentation for both internal teams and our external partners.In addition to our GTM activities I head our Business Assurance team that provide independent front end testing for the EMI as a whole across all product groups. Our team ensures we reduce risk to the Solaris organisation and our partners while delivering robust products at pace.During my time at Solaris I have also work as the Product Owner for the Collections team managing the build and delivery of our collections management service while still delivering my GTM role.
