Project Lead for a stock market feed handler; a Virtex­6, single board replacement for an 80 Xeon deployment. The new system reduced latency from a tail latency of >20ms to a hard guarantee of <1μs. Responsibilities included architecture, implementation, verification, and managing the team. The system was an off-the-shelf reference board from Xilinx.
