Presented complex information to large groups in lecture theatres and tailored my communication to different audiences. Rolled out workshops on mediation and wellbeing management.Implemented broad research methods across all roles. Created surveys with Survey Monkey, led focus groups, and interviewed. Gathered and analysed qualitative and quantitative student data in Excel and SPSS. Identified pain points and negotiated service changes to reflect needs. Used CRM to establish target audience and monitor student progress - ensuring data governance.
