Rotation 2 Passport 20 Assembly Supervisor Supported a team of 15 Mechanics by facilitating day to day operations and the necessary cell improvements needed to meet internal and external customer requirements.•All EHS and Safety concerns addressed on time with satisfactory actions taken, zero lost time injuries. •Demonstrated a 30% reduction in hours per engine and 33% cycle time reduction during rotation.•A lean layout of the assembly cell was achieved by moving 10 out of 15 work stations and 5S actions touched every work station. •Built P20 and CF34 digital WIP Tracking, led PFMEA and RCCA exercises, oversaw the elimination of all training single points of failure in cell.

Rotation 1 Composites Sourcing, Raw Material Buyer. Owned outside processing and raw material with commercial and military spend•Negotiated and closed four year $60M+ kitted PMC material deal with executive level tollgate approval. Significant NPV savings resulting from cost, payment terms, deflation, vendor managed inventory and process improvement saving sharing.•Identified $17M previously unidentified spend to be included in a long-term agreement.•Drove Sales & Operations Planning initiatives at constraint supplier resulting in tripling of capacity, six weeks ahead of plan.
