I work as the primary point of contact for a set of clients using the ActiveDisclosure suite. This includes project management, product support, schedule planning, coordination with production teams, and all manner of proactive and reactive communications. I am responsible for all aspects of a client's experience from project creation to filing with the SEC.

I interact with clients, customer service representatives, and vendors to promote a smooth XBRL filing process. I utilize my XBRL knowledge to educate clients on a variety of XBRL topics, such as SEC rules & regulations, Edgar Filing Manual, and SEC rendering engine issues. I act as a liaison between clients and our production department. With my knowledge from my previous role within the company, I am able to offer software support and XBRL knowledge to our clients. I use Rivet's software to tag financial statements with XBRL according to the recent SEC mandate. The job entails reading and understanding quarterly and annual statements, selecting appropriate XBRL tags, and using proprietary software to prepare XBRL packages.

As an intern, I am responsible for a variety of tasks and projects. I communicate with employers and human resources staff regarding on-campus recruiting. In addition, I work with students. I answer questions, train them to use our website and resources, and help them find jobs. I do a variety of general office tasks including compiling statistics.
