I am the Senior Legal Officer within the Sale Support & Onboarding Team. The Onboarding team is the connecting link between the sales department and the service teams and therefore the acceptance process is our responsibility, from a compliance as well as contractual point of view. I am responsible for the team’s function and performance throughout the onboarding phase until each prospect becomes a client and being handed over to the relevant service team; making sure the client’s needs are top priority so that such client will get the desired service as smoothly and quickly as possible. As the Senior Legal Officer my main responsibility is to make sure all legal documents are tailored to the client’s needs, properly drafted and duly executed. As senior legal I am also functioning as escalation point for each negotiation or disputes resulting from the service agreements. In addition, I have followed a Lean- Six Sigma course which allowed me to create a process improvement plan for my team which has improve lead time, eliminate waste and create service quality. I am also the project coordinator for GDPR compliance of all service agreements of all existing clients- to comply with EU Data Protection regulations.
