Expert in human-centric AI with a proven track record for pioneering sophisticated user experiences. My forte lies in seamlessly bridging engineering, product, and design to deliver smart solutions. In my time at GM I’ve led design efforts around partner integrations including Google Built-in (AOSP) and Amazon Alexa, working closely with stakeholders on both sides to produce optimal experiences for our users.I’ve also led the design for highly-visible, multi-modal, cutting edge yet-to-be-announced products that promise to deliver significant user and business value.

Leveraging extensive research & design methodologies, I worked to design a net-new suite of tools to facilitate the exchange of product data between e-Commerce partners. This work led directly to an 8x decrease in SKU-to-site time for our partners (including many of the largest retailers in the United States, Canada, and the UK), and a 150% increase in sales volume for CommerceHub. Led design for an initiative to use LLMs to write & edit rich product copy in the voice and tone of brands and retailers, serving to streamline and simplify workflows while reducing overhead for our partners. Led design work for a system-wide navigation overhaul, utilizing established information architecture to benchmark, ideate, prototype, and test.

Built bespoke Student Information Systems to support over 15 schools and their students. Carried systems from ideation to development through interviews & requirements gathering, stakeholder communications, design, development, testing, and implementation. Handled administrative responsibilities including personnel management, marketing initiatives (including social media presence and the establishment of brand identity guidelines), client relations, and business planning.

I was part of the founding group of teachers and students within Success Academy East Flatbush in Brooklyn, NY. My responsibilities included the creation and implementation of curriculum, classroom management, special education management, test proctoring, and one-on-one development. Achieved test scores within the top 15% of all SA schools as a first-year teacher. Awarded rookie of the year.
