As Podcast Lead at Octave, I oversee the strategy and direction of the entire Octave Podcasts network. Starting from a base of zero, I've shaped every aspect of the Octave Podcasts offering, developing products, uniting shows from Octave's parent companies (Bauer Media and News UK), and expanding the network by securing exclusive third-party publisher deals - including a major partnership with US audio publishing giant Sirius XM. I’ve built and led a new sales team, driving significant growth, and elevated Octave’s profile by representing the company at industry events - including serving as a judge at the British Podcast Awards. These efforts have helped establish Octave Podcasts as one of the largest podcast networks in the UK and have generated millions of pounds in advertising revenue.
