Hr Business Partner
Current- Being a trusted strategic advisor, providing expert advice, guidance and coaching to people managers in all aspects of HR;- Coordinate HR processes (e.g. annual and midyear performance management, talent management, coach and advise people managers in career planning and development);- Assist with on-going performance feedback processes by providing regular guidance on delivering and receiving feedback, and supporting the implementation of performance improvement plans;- Manage the employee life cycle enabling the execution of the following: Job Design (job mapping), Transitions (integration of new joiners), Recognition (reward and recognition programs), Discipline/Grievance, Mobility, Leave Management, Absenteeism Management, Exit Management;
