As a Talent Manager, I vet and match top freelance talent with clients to create high-quality content for their brands. Day-to-day tasks include collaborating with Customer Success Managers, Managing Editors, customers, and freelancers to produce and deliver content; sourcing relevant talent based on the customer’s brand and goals; onboarding new freelancers to the platform and existing freelancers to editor roles; and supporting writer queries regarding payment, deadlines, etc.
