As a 20+ year successful entrepreneur, I know firsthand what it takes to build and maintain great employees.From the mortgage lending industry to financial services and wealth management, I know what to say and how to say it.Today, most of my speaking engagements are split between financial literacy seminars, that address issues of debt, understanding life insurance as well as wealth management, my responsibilities also include recruiting, agency building and work place dynamics. I understand that financial services is not one size fits all, and because of that, all of the services I offer are through a diverse group of various companies that I am affiliated with. I have a strategic vision in the corporate setting. I know how to engage problems and find reasonable solutions that are suitable for clients as well as employees. I have an introspective approach to building that gives me the necessary leverage in corporate training environments. Most of my education has come from the school of hard knocks. I’ve been able to use my experiences from both real life and the business world to help inspire and motivate crowds from all walks of life.I enjoy the hustle and bustle of the business world and all it has to offer. When I’m not engaged in business activities, I am spending my time with my children.
