Helpdesk Services Lead
CurrentSupervise the Helpdesk Services over night technicians to ensure proper submission of helpdesk tickets reported by Customers, as well as the proper procedures are followed in the remedy of alerts sent by servers to the alert system.• Work together with other members of the management team to improve the work flow of the Helpdesk Services technicians (HDS)• Develop templates and operating procedures for the HDS technicians to use during their shifts to ensure accuracy submitting tickets and resolving issues with servers.
