Responsible for managing all activities involved in a given project. Ensure the appropriate delivery of service and support to the users, stakeholders, vendors and partners. Provide the level of technical knowledge and assistance to all the users related technical issues and resolve those immediately as and when required from the business and operations teams by responding to or even assisting with information technology requests within agreed SLA agreements.
