Becca Phillips taught and tutored everything from 6th grade through College Algebra. Most recently, Becca taught with Huntsville City Schools in Huntsville, Alabama where she was awarded Secondary Teacher of the Year in 2018.Becca spent 2 years delivering high-quality Professional Learning with Illustrative Mathematics before joining the Professional Learning Implementation and Talent Department. As Event Implementation Manager, Becca worked with customers, facilitators, and the development team to oversee smooth implementation of PL events in a variety of settings.As much as she loved her work with Illustrative Mathematics, Becca missed being invested with districts and teachers and returned to facilitating Professional Learning, for IM and directly with schools that want to grow their professional practice.
