- Plan, implement, and instruct lessons for students with mild to moderate disabilities in grades Kindergarten through 5th that incorporate evidence based practices, which include the Orton Gillingham approach - Collaborate and case manage a team that includes a speech pathologist, psychologist, social worker, general education teacher, occupational and physical therapist, and parents with a student centered approach- Case manage upwards of 20+ students paperwork, Individualized Education Plans, Evaluation Reports- Ensure legal compliance of paperwork, maintain and meet deadlines and adhere to federal laws- Develop and differentiate instruction to meet the needs of diverse learners (academic needs, behavioral needs, sensory needs, social emotional needs)- Identify and develop appropriate individual trajectories of growth for students relating to State Standards- Develop and ensure implementation of IDEA legally compliant and instructionally sound Individual Education Plans - Aid in the data collection and development of Functional Behavior Assessments and Behavior Intervention Plans - Utilization of programs such as EdPuzzle, Pear Deck, Jam Board, Google Classroom, Schoology, and SeeSaw- Core member of the schools Multi Tiered Systems of Support committee working with general education teachers - Engage in daily and weekly Social Emotional Learning lessons for all students building wide
