In addition to those tasks, I… Show more In this role, I approved all new accounts, managed office order volume up to $25M a month, and guaranteed Customer Order Desk (COD) team of 14 members maintained current routing instructions and properly executed orders. I also provided exceptional customer service duties including: resolving escalated/inconvenienced customer orders, making special accommodations/preparations, managing sales, answer general/technical questions, and facilitate order support. In addition to those tasks, I composed JIRAs and semaphores for equipment reports and the acquisition of new departmental hardware/software. Human resource functions include interviewing, hiring, training, and terminating employees. Behind the scenes, I performed internal requests, analyzed technical documents and damaged material RAN/repair reviews, and responded to messages from customer service representative mailbox. Lastly, I directed COD Desk Associate Coverage review with accompanying planning and addressing HR, QA and IT issues as a support. Some of my key accomplishments in this role include: ■ Improved associate and department morale through performance and development coaching, one on one training, cross team training, and team building exercises. ■ Coordinated with airline, maintenance, repair, and broker representatives to deliver best solutions. Collaborated with sales, planning, credit, quality, IT, and warehouse to orchestrate administrative improvements. ■ Acted as Deputy for directors/managers from departments including my own when they were vacationing or traveling. ■ Combined two customer order desk teams during an organizational restructure. Started and supported a project to integrate the Ashburn and Atlanta order desk offices. Co-created a new training program for onboarding employees from three customer order teams. ■ Approved transactions up to $50K and traveled to Germany to slash $14M ordering backlog to $5M. Show less
