As a charity professional, throughout my career I have always been passionate about building relationships and helping strengthen organisations (both small and large, private and public) tapping into the skills and enthusiasm already there to plan a way forwards and deliver some great projects to benefit the community. From Admin Assistant to Chair, I've held a range of both management and support roles, with a focus on business development, marketing, strategic planning and delivery.Currently I work for two charities in Bradford, Participate Projects (www.participateprojects.org.uk , this half of the week I'm doing organisation and business support and engagement) and Bradford YMCA (www.bradfordymca.org.uk this part of the week its business development for a young people's charity) and I'm chair of the Hebden Bridge Community Association (www.hebdenbridgetownhall.org.uk).The Bradford jobs span from one of the oldest charities to one of the newest, both work in the city and the wider area.
