Worked with Marco's Pizza to make improvements to their make line as well as working with our engineering dept. to develop a sensor that would indicated when it was time to clean the refrigeration coils, improving unit efficiencies.

As a Training Consultant I worked with an assigned group of Operator Organizations offering support, training or serving as a resource to help them meet their people training targets. I also taught and co-taught the accredited classes in the field for my assigned markets and helped with other markets. I also taught and co-taught the newest curriculum classes. As a Business Consultant I also worked with an assigned group of operators in a geographic area help them to meet their Sales, transactions and cash flow/profit goals. I administered Operations Reviews, Food Safety Audits and People Audits. Coached and taught how to make improvements in the aforementioned areas! I served as a resource in all areas of the business bringing in subject matter experts as needed .

Lower Third Fla, The Fla Keys And The Bahamas

Responsible for projecting the number of stores to be built, remodeled or relocated per year. Tracked and inspected the progress of each project, working with the franchisees, their general contractors, architects and our headquarters design team on the process of designing and constructing the stores. I ordered all equipment and décor packages and ensured that their installation and the store construction met the companies standards and specifications. This was a key position that I was tasked with creating to meet the companies and operators growing needs. Responsible for an area encompassing approximately the lower third of the state in South Florida, the Florida Key’s and the Bahamas.

I was responsible for 1/2 of the responsibilities of the companies South Florida Office which included budgeting responsibilities for our local office and a patch of restaurants to include office Staff, 13 restaurants, their compliment managers, employees, Supervisors and Trainers, numbering between 600 and 700 employees in total.

I was responsible for the completion of the building of our first restaurant, hiring and training all management and staff of the restaurant, responsible for the day to day operations, marketing and general overal oversight and administration of the business as well as the operations of additional acquisitions and the building and completion of the 10 additional restaurants.

Began as an Asst. Manager and climbed the ranks to run the busiest Burger King in the United States, breaking sales and transaction records some of which still stand today. I was later promoted to District Manager, then became Operating Partner with our sister company Palm Beach Foods.
