Manage a real estate office with 6 agents and part-time staff. Responsible for all financial management including budgeting and daily bookkeeping. Handle all ordering and purchasing. Oversee all marketing for the office including print ads, direct mail and online marketing. Manage, maintain and edit 6 websites and also maintain a database for marketing purposes. Responsible for all office entries in the MLS system. Assist clients in the sale, purchase and rental of real estate. Determine the clients needs and assist the client with meeting those needs. Build strong relationships with clients. Assist other realtors with their office needs.

2008Owned and operated The Little Gym of North Tampa. Purchased franchise rights, found a location, designed and oversaw all aspects of construction of the gym. Responsible for the operation and management of The Little Gym of North Tampa. Responsible for all financial management, including budgeting and payroll. Responsible for all marketing, which includes print advertising, radio, television, direct mail and grass-roots efforts. Responsible for all long term planning and day-to-day management. Managed and trained a staff of 10 - 15 employees. Taught classes to children age 4 months to 12 years. The gym served over 500 members. The Little Gym is a franchise that focuses on motor skill development of children age 4 months through 12 years. The curriculum is designed to build gross and fine motor skills as well as improve the child's self-confidence. The curriculum utilizes developmental gymnastics. Classes include gymnastics, dance, cheerleading, karate, and sports skills.

Report to the APRS and NTRS Board of Directors.APRS is the American Park and Recreation Society (APRS). APRS is the largest professional branch of the National Recreation and Park Association. It is made up of park and recreation administrators and professionals from diverse settings in the industry. Some of the programs administered by APRS include the APRS Brochure Exchange, APRS Education Outreach Grants, Professional Exchange Network and the APRS Awards Program. NTRS is the National Therapeutic Recreation Society. NTRS was responsible for the production of Therapeutic Recreation Journal. The NTRS Director served as the executive editor of that publication. NTRS was responsible for therapeutic recreation education sessions at the NRPA conference and other training events. APRS and NTRS were also responsible for planning and running the annual National Institute on Recreation Inclusion. All of these programs are managed directly by the Director/Liaison.

2003 Reported to Susan Kalish, Director of Marketing and Communication.Responsible for online-based technology programs. Responsible for the daily management of content on the NRPA web site (www.nrpa.org), and all Internet marketing. Other programs include the ActiveParks Facility Inventory Manager, an online database of recreation facilities across the country, and SeniorNet, a NRPA partnership program with a company that provides computer learning centers for senior adults. Assisted in grant writing for the various technology-based programs that NRPA was working on.

2004 Reported to Van Anderson, Director of Professional Services.Promoted the benefits of inclusion and therapeutic recreation. Assisted parks and recreation departments with inclusion and therapeutic recreation related questions. Worked with the NRPA Public Policy department to support inclusive recreation policy on a national, state and local level. Assisted in grant writing for various grants for inclusion and therapeutic recreation.
