With an education based in rhetorical study, technical and persuasive writing, and education, I have been told that my greatest strength is my ability to adapt, learn, and execute whatever role or task I take on.This can be seen throughout my four and a half years of consulting experience, where I have grown and developed skills across an array of functional areas and internal departments. As a Software as a Service consultant, I delivered success to clients by configuring and implementing various on-site and cloud based systems/modules, including Treasury Management Systems (TMS), Human Capital Management (HCM), and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP).I've worked both as a lead and partner in designing and testing in-depth methodology and deliverables used in client-facing discovery, design, and implementation projects. I've created a four week entry level training program for new consultants entering the field, as well as dozens of functional area specific training documents, which I integrated and organized within a learning management system that is used by an employee base of over 100 and seasonal interns.I have researched and written a number of deliverables for three different marketing campaigns that I helped design and plan, including 2 whitepapers, 12+ blog posts, 10+ one sheets, and 6 webinar presentations for conferences. I've ensured the success of 5 internal and 3 client-facing projects as a project manager, partnering with teams to scope, design, and manage project plans while also assisting with task completion.
