Working at Transavia's flight technical department on numerous activities including but not limited to:-Performing airport analyses and categorizations based on the technical infrastructure and capabilities/limitations for the intended aircraft of operation-Creating and maintaining airport and route briefing information in the OM-C-Analyzing new routes for scheduled and adhoc operations, optimizing payload capability, aircraft performance analysis of B73NG and A321neo, determining aircraft specification requirements for routes, enroute driftdown and decompression analyses, etc.-Creating and maintaing routes, company NOTAMs and other flight planning parameters in Lido Flight-Using aircraft performance software of manufacturers for designing and validating new flight procedures (e.g. engine failure procedures, balked landing) and validating published procedures by airport authorities-Determining operational impact of various (temporary) airport, performance and route limitations-Various projects within Transavia

Providing service to customers in the supermarket and handling various requests and situations. Responsible for the processes at the regular and selfscanning checkout during shifts at the service desk.

Performing varying duties at the administration department like invoice processing, man hours registration and taking calls.

Preliminary research on the transition to an electronic aircraft technical log (eATL) system for Transavia Airlines. Involved research to the current situation, processes and the needs of the stakeholders. Futhermore, solutions were identified for eATL systems and it was analyzed how Transavia can minimize operational impact in situations of system downtime for back-up purposes.

Research project to determine the practically achievable lineup distances for all KLM aircraft types and airports as an input for take-off performance calculations. Creation of a tool to visualize the lineup trajectory for all possible situations on satellite images, which can also be used for adequacy checks of backtrack procedures. Besides the research project, I designed engine failure procedures and helped with other activities in the department.
