Part of the IRS/Veteran Program/Military Spouses Recruiting Teams. Partner with internal customers and military outreach programs, Community outreach programs and Educational Institutions to fill current and future roles all while guiding potential applicants to the opportunity to become part of our IRS team.

• Partner with Senior Management to create Employee Performance Management Process to include: job descriptions, career paths, performance goals, performance evaluation, performance reviews, and supervisor/leadership training. • Provide direction and guidance in programs that enhance business managers' knowledge and skills in human resources management methods, and practices, including interviewing, hiring, terminations, promotions, performance review, harassment, and other areas as needed to ensure compliance with company policies, and federal and state regulations.• Oversee the Employee Career Management program creating a clear career path for employees.• Employee Relations Manager: Conduct HR investigations dealing with complaints from field operating units and in-house support offices. • Manage Employee Testing Systems - Craft On-Line testing, computer based and field testing.• Responsible for field supervisor training: HR, Supervisory 101, Recruitment strategies and more• Process Improvement- meet with Subject Matter Experts to understand processes, identify strengths, make recommendations on areas of improvement, work together to map out processes, and constantly thrive for continued improvement. • Recruiting Processes- identify the need, Identify the best person for the company, ensure the right candidates fit within the culture of the company.• On-Boarding- get all employees off to a great start, efficient processes ensuring the on-boarding experience is a great first and lasting impression for new hire and hiring manger.

Oversees a staff of seven recruiters and staffers. Recruits all levels of employees from Technician up to and including VP/GM positions. In charge of deploying contract labor force (over 2,000 personnel). Ensures Quality & Safety compliance are adhered to. Effectively communicates current labor pool availability and recommends strategic options on filling current and future needs. Works together with decentralized field locations on issues dealing with Employee Relations, Safety, Quality, Payroll and more. Key member in corporate new manager training, turn-around project manager training, and HR training. Develop company wide automated programs to effeciently board and certify new hires. Certified site administrator for ADP Applicant tracking system.

Conducts education and training (E&T) tasks for maintenance,operations, support training; education services; curriculum development; and instructoractivities. Develops, delivers, and evaluates E&T programs. Administers E&T programs andoversees E&T activities and personnel. Related DoD Occupational Subgroup: 570.
