I participated in the design of My Sheltair’s strategic and product road map. As Operations Manager I executed My Sheltair’s new products and improvements on the field and on the customer’s end. At one of the forefront social media companies in the world I worked directly with Facebook users. I specialized in re-securing users’ accounts after a malicious hack, lost email, forgotten password or inability to pass security requirements. As a member of the highly-specialized Community Operations department, I investigated access-related trends and report and discussed inefficiencies with my team. As a Team Game Plan Leader, I was responsible for delegating the daily work assignments, creating solutions to problems that arise with fellow team members, communicating workflow issues that arise with upper management and tracking coworkers’ productivity for the team. I was responsible for planning and managing the different weekly and daily tasks of a group of 10 to 15 people.
