As part of the Clean Energy vertical, I provide Green Building and Sustainability Consulting support to the Sustainability Division. Perform extensive travel for WELL PV projects. Main responsibilities include but are not limited to: 1) Create green building certification services that align with GRESB, policy programs, and pricing, 2) Perform business development, client outreach, negotiation, proposal execution, and budget estimates, 3) Hire, train, and supervise staff, 4) Advisor to 11 Real Estate Client accounts, 5) Manage/Oversee over 230 certification projects from charrette to final award, 6) Enhance the IAQ Program, 7) Development of Case Studies, 8) Perform QA/QC, 9) Represent the Department in public speaking engagements, industry working groups, and conferences. I operated as the Owner Representative to over 20 higher education, research, residential, and recreational LEED projects across multiple rating systems (i.e. CI, NC, EBOM, CS) for existing, capital improvements and new construction throughout the UCR campus. Total project costs ranged from as little as $10.7 Million to as high as $104 Million. I forecasted financial sustainability project costs, organized LEED meetings, reviewed product submittal requirements and sustainability specifications, supported with OPR, BOD, RFP, RFI, and hired/managed consultants and sub-contractors. I worked directly with the design team, general contractors, landscape architects, principal architects, MEPs, CxA, energy modeler, operations team, and others. I was responsible for documenting all Owner LEED prerequisites and credits, as well as provide QA/QC for all applications. Provided sustainability support to the Director of Sustainability to implement & meet UCR Policies. Hired, trained and supervised interns to support LEED EBOM projects. Supervised two (2) Year-Round LEED EBOM Interns. Coordinated with them to execute Water Reduction Calculations, Energy Efficiency Performances, Waste/Recycling Audit, Custodial Effectiveness Assessment Audit, Occupant Comfort Surveys, Light Pollution and Daylight & Views Measurements.

I operated as the Owner Representative to 8 LEED New Construction and Major Renovation projects from planning and design, through construction and commissioning. Provided all levels of support to the LEED Commissioning Agent (CxA) such as site visits, coordinate meetings, prepare and/or review project specifications, operations and maintenance manuals (O+M), Owner's Project Requirements (OPR), Basis of Design (BOD), Commissioning Plan, Re-Commissioning Checklist, Manuals, Energy Audits, Benchmarking, and others. Relevant Projects CxA Assistant – Provided commissioning documentation support to five (5) Los Angeles Unified School District (LAUSD) projects and nine (9) Commercial City projects. LEED Project Manager – Provided LEED Project documentation and coordination for multiple commercial LEED New Construction and Existing projects, from design to completion, in City of Chino, City of Los Angeles, and City of Irvine.Los Angeles Department of Water & Power – Los Angeles, CAM&V Project Manager – Provided Measurement and Verification (M&V) services for the LADWP’s Energy Efficiency Incentive Program, which included 12 individual programs. Collected data, prepared monthly, quarterly and annual program summary reports.Anaheim Public Utility - AnaheimEnergy Engineer – Provided Energy Audits and M&V services for the Anaheim Utility’s Incentive Program. Prepared ENERGY STAR Reports, quarterly and annual program statistics for all energy audits performed.
