I graduated in 2021 achieving a first honours in English BA. During my degree I gained valuable writing and transferrable communication skills that can be useful for a range of jobs. Since, I have worked across content writing roles - advocating men's mental health, ghost writing children's stories, supervising small creative teams and writing blogs and articles for businesses to increase traffic and promote services. I am also a volunteer member of the advisory board for a suicide prevention organisation.Previous to my degree I have worked in sales as an outbound agent for Sky, hitting and exceeding my monthly targets as the top seller in my team. I have also worked in many bars, cafe's and restaurants where I developed outstanding transferrable customer service skills. I am naturally empathic and friendly. I love working with people, and hope to go further down the mental health route. Overall, I am looking for a job that has opportunities for growth and development. I'm passionate about mental health and writing content, but I would be suitable for anything customer service based, such as recruitment, sales, content writing/creation and marketing. Also, social work, care work and support work.
