Current- Source of suitable applicants by conducting research on job boards, applicant tracking systems, company websites, etc.
- Recruits passive candidates through phone calls, emails, and general relationship-building.
- Conducts pre-assessment calls with candidates, verifying different items such as qualifications, availability,and compensation requirements.
- Organize and keeping of candidates’ files, tracking their activities, opportunities, and references.
- Maintains a record of candidates sourced through the SS Tracker.
- Creates end-of-day reports of productivity and results.
