- Roll out the in-house training and development programs: new employee induction and orientation programs, employee or manager development programs, etc.- Employee promotion, transfer, on board, exit procedure follow up- Promote HR projects in the organization- Liaising with all government agencies to ensure adherence to compliance laws and regulations- Manage the administration of benefit plans, assist employees with any issues- Support recruitment process, handle consultants and interns' recruitment- Other ad-hoc projects, events and assigned HR tasks
