I am an aspiring professional with seven years of work experience in a variety of environments. My experience as an educator for Coweta County and a Church Weekday School Leader have given me opportunities to strengthen skills that allow me to perform office functions and provide administrative support while complying with company standards to establish safe and efficient operations. I have acquired skills in communication, problem solving, attention to detail, accountability, time management, documentation, adaptability, collaboration, innovation, and Microsoft Office. As an educator in the classroom setting, I plan daily and weekly for events and activities according to a set time frame and schedule. I also analyze data and trends to create detailed, strategic, and personalized plans. With daily and weekly plans, I plan and organize meetings and conferences with parents to discuss progress and regression and address any concerns they may have. Written and verbal communication is another opportunity that I am given daily. I guide and supervise support staff, collaborate with others in a team environment to bring new ideas and strategies, document confidential and nonconfidential information as well as send out important messages and announcements. In addition to these skills, I have learned how to remain flexible and adapt to new situations throughout the day. This has shown me how to quickly and efficiently solve problems independently and with others on my team. These experiences have not only strengthened my clerical skills, but they have increased my knowledge of Microsoft Office. I can use Microsoft Office functions daily to perform office functions and provide administrative support. Along with my experience as an educator, I obtained valuable customer service skills while spending close to five years as a Lead Trainer and Team Member at Chick-fil-A. Remaining flexible during challenging situations to complete current obligations and responsibilities is a skill that I have acquired and continue to use in my current position. I also facilitated sessions to train new team members to demonstrate company core values and provide exceptional neighborly service. During my time at Chick-fil-A, I also learned the significance and process of creating a positive atmosphere by greeting customers, answering questions, and fulfilling orders.
