For four years I worked part-time for Empowering Youth and Families (EYFO.org) as a volunteer Project Manager. As of April 2019, I became their full time Project Manager supporting EYFO.org programs with a long-term strategic vision and projectizing them. My responsibilities include forming temporary project teams to accomplish time-limited, goal driven projects. I provide support for projects such as event planning plus implementation, raising funds for EYFO.org capital building campaign, website development and upgrades, strategic planning and change management.My strong skills and experience from high tech and outside sales are a value add to EYFO.org which includes attention to detail, follow through, communication, supervisory, organizational decision-making and computer skills.Working full-time for EYFO.org has allowed me to apply project management principles and act in the best interest of the organization, utilizing my 27 years of experience working in high tech which also included project management and business lead responsibilities.
