Responsibilities: • Managing Accounts Payable• Managing Accounts Receivable• Stock Control• Bank statement reconciliation and other month end reconciliation• Assisting in the preparation of month end journals and balance sheet reconciliation• Assisting in the preparation of accounting report as required included customer sales report and cost center report• Assisting in payroll• Reception duties and general administration• Other ad hoc duties as requiredAchievements:• Proactively involved in the accounting software change by assisting company accountant migrating data• Quickly adapt to the new computer information systems with minimal training • Build strong relationships with several key suppliers/customers and received a number of positive feedbacks.• Promptly assist auditors on annual auditing.

Bookkeeping & Payroll Services Ltd provides accounting and payroll services to local business. The Company has grown from strength to strength since 1986, assists clients in businesses as diverse as education, advertising, manufacturing and distribution to wholesales, retails, real estate company and dental practices. The overall objective of my role is to provide accounting and payroll services to the company's clients on a timely basis. Responsibilities:• Maintain clients database, set up supplier and customer accounts for clients• Input data, journals, and receipts into accounting systems• Bank reconciliation and other necessary accounting reconciliation• Generate accounting analytical reports using accounting system and Excel spreadsheets• Process Payroll• Prepare PAYE and GST returns for clients• Handle both internal & external clients’ inquiriesAchievements:• Successfully managed up to 27 clients from a broad range of industries.• Developed respect and trust in the firm by providing professional liaison with clients and accountants.
