Also involved in programme design and execution for members as well as gym inductions.

• Community hospital in London where their focus is mental health. My role here is mostly Clozapine and other mental health medications. Involved in:
• Discharge and short term leave of mental health patients.
• Adherence, blood and side effects monitoring.
• Assisting in reviewing prescriptions charts.
• Assisting in advising nursing and medical staff about medications.

Auckland, New Zealand

• Walls and Roche Medicines Management services over 100 rest homes throughout Auckland using the robotic sachet system. My key contributions:
• Liaised with doctors and nurses regarding medication interactions, concerns or queries, and supervised the work of pharmacy technicians in processing requests from rest homes after doctor rounds.
• Wrote medication review summaries and prepared drug charts whilst checking rolls produced from the robotic machine as well as dispensing made by pharmacy technicians.

Rotorua

• Central Pharmacy is a large pharmacy with the motto – "First in value, First in service". It has a focus on both rest home servicing and retail pharmacy. My key contribution:
• Primarily involved in rest home operations, LTC registration and processing, INR testing/monitoring, and robotic sachet machine operation.

New Taipei City, Taiwan

• Founded in 1983, HESS International Education Group is the single largest private provider of English education in Taiwan with over 60,000 students enrolled. My key contributions:
• Worked as a teacher and actively taught English to pre-schoolers through to teenagers in Taiwan and obtained a TEFL certificate.
• Planned, prepared and delivered fun lessons to captivate the class and assisted pupils to improve their listening, speaking, reading and writing skills.

St Heliers

• Since 1992, Eastmed Pharmacy provides a wide range of professional, health and wellbeing services including medication counselling, OTC supplements & minor ailment treatments. My key contributions:
• Joined as a second year pharmacy student, completed internship and then worked as a pharmacist.
• Delivered medications to aged care facilities, performed accurate record keeping and other administrative tasks, and delivered power point presentation training to nurses at rest homes.
