I was placed at NFFTY (National Film Festival for Talented Youth) and work as program management and marketing intern. At NFFTY I: - Edited 6 NFFTY Connect Youtube videos that help NFFTY engage with our alumni, prospective NFFTY filmmakers, and supporters in the time we aren't holding festival. - Generated 10+ social media graphics for NFFTY 2023 submission dates - Generated social media content for NFFTY Connects release including Youtube thumbnail designs and short TikTok videos- Watched and critiqued 20+ NFFTY 2023 film submissions - Wrote personal emails to 30+ youth media arts organizations and schools to incentivize them to participate in our summer filmmaking challenges- Created judging criteria for summer filmmaking challenges that would be accessible to first-time filmmakers and in line with NFFTY values

I have also been selling my own work in this market for the past four years.
