Myself Ruchika Sharma, Founder – Daily Bites, Swad Monk & Cosmic Bites & I help companies give 100% attention to their employee's food quotient.About a decade back, I co-founded Cosmic Bites in 2010. We’ve become the largest organised chain in Corporate Tuck Shop Space & have over 40 outlets across Delhi NCR. We upgrade the cafeterias with branded set-ups, SOPs and protocols. Everything is made fresh and alive. We are the sole provider of this kind of concept.Recently, we started a cloud kitchen during the lockdown & ramped up its operations by 100% within the span of 6 months.We expanded slowly to different food services from Daily Meals to Corporate events/Conferences to Tuck Shop Service providers to supplying packed thalis. Now Joining hands with tech partners to provide digitisation of Cafeteria.Previously, I worked with Procter and Gamble as Key Account Manager and handled areas of Pune and a sales team of 100+ people.What do I do when I am not working or want a break from work?I’ve a passion for singing and reading.
