CurrentIn my role at Complykaro, I have been responsible for the comprehensive management of our Learning Management System. I actively participate in client relations by addressing and resolving any concerns or issues that our clients or their users may have. My commitment to delivering top-notch customer service has been pivotal in maintaining and enhancing client relationships.In addition, I meticulously keep track of client renewals. This proactive approach helps in sustaining long-term partnerships and identifying opportunities for growth.A major part of my role involves client onboarding and ongoing client management which includes vendor registration formalities to onboard Complykaro as a vendor, raising and tracking Tax Invoices, guiding new clients through our services, as well as providing ongoing support, assistance, and strategic advice to ensure they receive the maximum benefit from our offerings. This holistic approach to client engagement has been integral for our continued success.
