- Assisting and Managing in Value of New Business Reporting inclusive of actuarial modelling, expense / commission analysis and margin analysis- Secondment in Agency Dept to assist External Business Consultant to conduct assessment and review of back and middle office business processes. Tasks include process flow mapping, manhour calculation, playbooks creation, management control system, process improvement, and RACI Matrix mapping.

Project involvements in Life Insurance business:1) Assisting in review of Appointed Actuary Report focusing on reserving calculation, methods, assumption, and financial projection checks.2) Assisting in EV and VNB actuarial model reviews3) Assisting in Business Plan/Forecast, and Expense/commission loading reporting.4) Assisting in Product Development/Competitiveness Analysis5) Assisting in regulatory research to provide client with updated life insurance related regulations in Indonesia6) Assisting with publishing Industry newsletter covering industry performances, regulations, updates on distributions and Indonesia macroeconomics.

• Analysed sharia financial statements, capital, and trial balance; identified mismatch in reporting, developed automated cashflow/excel to improve efficiency in actuarial projection , reported key findings to supervisors• Developed initiatives and conducted cost benefit analysis for pension fund admin business; reported the proposal to management.
