Acting as a Product Manager for SG Digital Field Application solution, that offers differentiated financial services like onboarding, account opening, loan origination to customers regardless of their location. Key responsibilities are:- Closely collaborate with our clients in order to understand their needs and gather product and market insights related to Customer onboarding and Loan Origination processes;- Assist the business development and participates in pre-sales activities with information, demo materials, and relevant documentation; - Keep the focus on the Product strategy and pivot when needed in order to be aligned with the Product vision;- Responsible for converting market needs into potential features or enhancements on existing product functionalities; - To ensure that the product supports the company’s overall strategy and goals; - То define and manage internal and external product roadmaps; - Responsible for gathering and analyzing information and developing hands-on the following documentation: functional & non-functional requirements defined in user stories and use cases, product specs, and the release schedule; - Closely collaborate with: R&D, Marketing, (Pre-)Sales and D&I teams, PMO, UX and responsible for orchestrating the various activities associated with ensuring that a platform solution, module, or components of it are appropriately defined and meet business needs; - Responsible for the product budget and its tracking against delivered functionalities;

- Work closely with the SG customers in order to gather and document business, functional and technology requirements to achieve stated business goals for a project or as part of continuous process improvement initiatives. - Participate in onsite customers’ workshops part of service design phase. - Analyze information needs, functional requirements and stakeholder decisions. - Produce Functional Requirement Documents, Business Requirement Documents, Use Cases, reports, diagrams, wireframes- Relay business requirements to internal technical teams, towards collaboration.- Work with QA team to review test cases documents.- Work with customers and end users to define, document and execute test scenarios as well as to provide enhancement and bug-fixing during the UAT phase.

- Develop, write, and communicate business requirements and functional specifications for the implementation of business solutions;- Perform process reengineering on business processes in line with the requirements of business customers to achieve higher quality and efficiency;- Identify potential risks and gaps in the business requirements and coordinate the technical solution with all stakeholders;- Conduct data gathering and analysis to understand business strategy requirements and ensure IT solutions meet business needs;- Actively take part in design of technical solution and in finding the right approach for implementation;- Actively involved in creation of test scenarios and development testing;

- Develop an understanding of the Scope and the importance of the management and control of it;- SPOC for all UAT activities within the Transition phase; - Gather requirements from the customer and internal SMEs and implement them in test cases;- Work closely with architects and developers to understand account specific requirements;- Fully responsible for the preparation of Test Strategy, Schedules, Scripts/Scenarios/ based on customer needs and tool functionality;- Escalate all conflicts/ issues affecting Project/Program outcome to the Project/Program manager and provides supporting information;- Organize and maintains all project related documentation as prescribed and required by the HPE standards and policies and as agreed by the contract with all participants;- Lead regular customer meetings, UAT scenarios workshops, kick-off /daily status, and sign-off meetings.- Set entrance and acceptance criteria: overall criteria; scope specific and account-specific - Manage and coordinate testing for all Enterprise Service Management processes, tools, and data within the migration;- SPOC for reporting and documenting UAT defects;- Capture and management to closure all high severity defects before GO live;- Stakeholder management and sign off for testing;
